Interland Real Estate Corporation is a full service Commercial Property Management firm founded in 1988. Interland performs property/asset management services. These services include, but are not limited to, building and grounds maintenance, construction for tenant and capital improvements, lease administration, leasing and accounting including property and capital budgeting, rent collection, invoice payment, and financial and investor reporting. Our mission is to meet the owner’s required return, keep the tenants happy and maintain or increase the property’s value. Interland currently manages numerous commercial properties in the Exton area. The most recognizable property currently managed is Marsh Creek Corporate Center located on the corner of Route 100 & Route 113. Marsh Creek Corporate Center includes 4 flex buildings, 1 office building and a hotel. This property consumes approximately 20 acres. Interland has held a Pennsylvania Broker’s License since 1991 and employs Licensed Real Estate Salespeople. Interland has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a staff of qualified, professionals who are well versed in tenant relations. The properties Interland manages have high tenant retention figures and are the home to many nationally recognized companies. Charlene Tucker, Interland’s President since 1991, is a Drexel University graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Charlene also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons license and a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Charlene was recently appointed Vice-President of Legislation for IREM’s Delaware Valley Chapter 3.
